Mr. Brewer is the Chairman of Plazacorp Retail Properties Ltd. Prior to assuming this role he was President and CEO of Plazacorp Retail Properties from its inception in 1999. Also, he was Chairman of Greenarm Corporation and Greenarm Management, principally involved in office building development. Mr. Brewer has extensive experience in the real estate business commencing in 1984. Mr. Brewer has served the public in many capacities with organizations including Board of Governors, University of New Brunswick; Director, Atlantic Salmon Federation; and Honorary Consul for Sweden. Mr. Brewer currently serves on the Boards of the New Brunswick Investment Management Corporation and the Atlantic Salmon Conservation Foundation. |

In 1996 he formed a partnership with the other Plazacorp principals and has since that time been involved in real estate development business. Mr. Hamm continues to be actively involved in many charities including the Art Gallery of Ontario and Regent Park. |

(venture capital) and is also a shareholder and director in various other business ventures including real estate development (housing), golf course ownership, and a technology industry management software company. His extensive business experience includes President and Owner of Babineau Fisheries Ltd, Souris Seafoods Ltd, International Seafoods Ltd, and Northumberland Seafoods Ltd, (an international marketing company). Mr. Babineau is also actively involved in the community as a founding member and Governor of PEI Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. Previously, he served a six year term as a Board member of Holland College. |

Ms. Strange holds a B.A. from Cape Breton University and an LL.B. degree from UNB. |
