Mr. Brewer began developing real estate while attending the University of New Brunswick’s (UNB) law school. In 1981 he left the practice of law to start Greenarm Corporation, an office development and management company. He is a co-founder of the Plaza Group and has been involved in real estate development in Quebec and Atlantic Canada since 1989. Mr. Brewer has served the public in many capacities and remains involved with the Atlantic Salmon Federation. |

Michael Zakuta

Richard Hamm

Mr. Hamm has a background of over 25 years in the financial community and has been involved in all facets of the business ranging from sales and marketing to capital
management. He is presently a partner of BristolGate Capital Partners Inc. and a principal of Stepp Three Holdings Ltd. In 1996 he formed a partnership with the other Plazacorp principals and has since that time been involved in real estate development business. Mr. Hamm continues to be actively involved in many charities including the Art Gallery of Ontario and Regent Park. |

Stephen Johnson

Edouard Babineau

Island Capital Inc. (venture capital) and is also a shareholder and director in various other business ventures including real estate development (housing), golf course ownership, and a technology industry management software company. His extensive business experience includes President and Owner of Babineau Fisheries Ltd, Souris Seafoods Ltd, International Seafoods Ltd, and Northumberland Seafoods Ltd, (an international marketing company). Mr. Babineau is also actively involved in the community as a founding member and Governor of PEI Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. Previously, he served a six year term as a Board member of Holland College. |

Barbara Trenholm

Energy of Canada. She has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and co-chair of the University of New Brunswick Board of Pension Trustees. Ms. Trenholm is also a past president of the New Brunswick Institute of Chartered Accountants. |

subsidiaries and Louisbourg Investments. He is a member of several Boards, including Canadian National Railway Company, NAV Canada, Enbridge Gas New Brunswick Limited Partnership, Atlantic Provinces Economic Council, Montrusco Bolton, the Security and Intelligence Review Committee and Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association and the Atlantic Cancer Research Institute. Mr. Losier previously served as a Member on the New Brunswick Legislative Assembly and held several cabinet positions during his tenure. |

Peter Sheehan

Mr. Sheehan joined the Plaza Group in 1999 and became Plazacorp’s Chief Financial Officer in 2001. He has 26 years experience in many areas of real estate development
including holding key positions in finance and management at several companies including Dorchester Partners Inc. and Marcil Trust Company. In 1991 he started his own property management company, Kelsey Properties, which was acquired by Plaza Atlantic Limited in 1999. Mr. Sheehan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1979. |

Jamie Petrie

Mr. Petrie joined the Plaza Group in 2004 as Secretary and Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Plazacorp, he practiced law as a partner with Stewart McKelvey Stirling
Scales in Fredericton. He belongs to both the New Brunswick and Alberta bars, and is an active member of several CBA and Law Society committees. Mr.Petrie holds B.B.A. and LL.B. degrees from UNB and a Masters in Law from Duke University. |

Ms. Savoie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 1996. |
