DRIP Plan Information
Plazacorp Retail Properties Ltd. shareholders are able to conveniently and economically increase their shareholdings in the Corporation by participating in Plazacorp's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). Under the plan, shareholders will be able to reinvest dividends that they receive from the Corporation in additional common shares of Plazacorp. Participants in the Plan will also receive a 3% bonus on amounts reinvested to be paid in additional common shares of the Corporation. Shares purchased under the Plan will be priced at the weighted average closing price of the common shares of the Corporation on the previous 20 trading days. Any shares purchased through the DRIP will not be subject to the payment of any brokerage commissions.
REGISTERED SHAREHOLDERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN PLAZACORP'S DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN BY COMPLETEING THE AUTHORIZATION FORM BELOW AND DELIVERING IT TO PLAZACORP RETAIL PROPERTIES LTD. OR THEIR TRANSFER AGENT CIBC MELLON TRUST COMPANY.
SHAREHOLDERS WHO OWN THEIR SHARES THROUGH A BROKERAGE ACCOUNT MUST CONTACT THEIR INVESTMENT ADVISOR AND INSTRUCT THEM THAT THEY WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN PLAZACORP'S DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN.
